Public Library, City of Ma’ale Adumim
This library was founded due to the city’s rising demands and the need to replace the existing library which was in dire conditions. The two stories building includes, reading rooms, children story telling room, computer work stations and music listening stations. The reading rooms are lit naturally by exposure to the north while the western elevation overlooks Mount Scopes. The building’s envelope is made from a combination of chiseled stone and terracotta tiles.
