Row Housing in “Beith-Hakerem” Neighborhood, Jerusalem
This project was initiated by 4 couples who wished to live together. Dividing the lot proved to be a challenge due to its narrow front and steep topography. Planning of the building faced the constraints mentioned by dividing it to truncated triangles and using underground parking combined with storage units to deal with the harsh topography. The position of the building on the lot created a central front court in the narrow part of the lot.
